Educational & Spiritual Trainings
Though Hansika has trained extensively and holds deep gratitude for the teachers who have shaped her path, she knows that her greatest teacher has been her own journey. The process of sitting with her own darkness, not pushing it away but learning to hold it with tenderness — has been the most profound initiation into this work. Making space for the pain she has endured —as a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, rape, emotional and physical abuse — has led her to her light. And she knows, with every fiber of her being, that this is her life’s work: to lead you back home to yours.

An Introduction
Somatic Healing Coach. Visual Artist. Writer.
Hansika is a somatic healing coach, visual artist and writer. From a young age, she felt a deep calling to foster change in the world — a path she pursued through years of activism. Engaging with the world through that lens taught her a lot about the systems that shape our lives and the complexities of her own inner world. But over time she began to understand, deep societal change on our planet starts with healing ourselves. Everything begins within.

Art to Somatic Healing
In her art practice, through her deeply personal zines, she gives voice to the emotions so many of us struggle to name, creating work that resonates in the bones. Her practice is not just her craft; it is her homecoming, and in the spaces she holds for others, she invites them into that same sacred process — where expression becomes liberation, and healing becomes possible.
Her Journey with Healing
Surrounded by alternative healing practices since childhood, she received her first Reiki attunement at 17, a gift from her mother, a Reiki master. She didn’t yet know how deeply that moment would shape her path. As her healing journey deepened, she unearthed long-buried trauma, uncovering layer after layer of herself. And somewhere in the unraveling, as she reclaimed her authenticity, she understood: her purpose was never just to fight for change— it was to guide others back to themselves, to help them remember who they truly are.

Her Philosophy
Hansika believes our bodies hold immense wisdom and truth— but too many of us were raised in environments that disconnected us from it. She believes healing is not about fixing ourselves, but about reclaiming our innate wholeness. It is about making space to witness every part of ourselves we have suppressed.
The parts that ache.
The parts that rage.
The parts that carry shame.
It is in that witnessing, in that radical self-acceptance — that we step into our light. Because we all deserve to live fully. We all deserve to feel joy in our bones. We all deserve to walk this earth as the most honest, authentic version of ourselves.
