Somatic Alchemy: Full Moon Ceremony

This is a special, guided container, where we create space within our bodies to honour what longs to be seen and held, as we tune into the energy of the full moon.

In safety and surrender, we delve deeply inwards as we come home to the innate wisdom of our bodies, letting go of what wishes to leave, as we make space to invite in new, fresh energy.

 

Full moons are a powerful & potent time for shadow work. This container is a safe space to confront our shadows so we can embrace more of our light. As we journey through the depths of our hearts we embrace all of life: grief, joy, love, hurt. Through making space for it all in our bodies, we anchor deeper into our inner wisdom.
